And So It Begins: Another Theater of War Comes Knocking at Our Door.

As you may or may not know folks, Iran has formally threatened Israel, The United States and the world with a formal act of war.

On Sunday, June 6, the 66th anniversary of the Allied Invasion of Normandy, Iran pledged the naval forces of of the legendary Immortals. That is, the Revolutionary Guard.

The Revolutionary Guard claims a direct military line from The Immortals of the ancient Persian Empire. These Immortals earned their title just as you might think. They were the personal military of the Emperor Xerxes, who claimed himself divine, and answered only to him, and were separate from the Persian Army. The Immortals were a force to be reckoned with, and were rightly called so. They laid a path of destruction ranging from the western parts of India to Greece, and expanded the Persian Empire to be the largest and most powerful empire in the world at that time. The Immortals lost their title as the best fighting force in the world to none other than our ancestors, the Spartans. Funny how these damn Persians insist on being a thorn in the side of the West, for centuries.

Anyway, the Revolutionary Guard claims The Immortals as their military ancestors, and indeed, the Revolutionary Guard is structured much in the same way The Immortals were. They are separate form the regular Iranian Army, are the Ayatollah's personal military, and answer only to him.

So, on Sunday, Hojjatoleslam Ali Shirazi, a personal aid and military liaison to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, announced publicly that Iran is ready, willing and able to provide a military escort to the next "humanitarian aid" ship that attempts a copycat "Charge of The Light Brigade."

We read in the UK's The Guardian that " 'Iran's Revolutionary Guard naval forces are prepared to escort the peace and freedom convoys that carry humanitarian assistance for the defenceless and oppressed people of Gaza with all their strength,' pledged Hojjatoleslam Ali Shirazi, Khamenei's personal representative to the guards corps."

I really don't think I need to explain what the implications would be if Revolutionary Guard naval forces engage with Israeli naval forces. The U. S. will be engaged in another theater of war, and it would be a just war no doubt. Israel is one of our closest allies. And we have exhausted all diplomatic avenues. War with Iran is inevitable.

But I want to address something that Egypt did recently, and let me start with this.

China persecutes both Catholics and MUSLIMS on a daily basis. We all know that the Roman Church is underground in China, but you seldom hear about the persecutions of the Muslim inhabitants in China.

In western China, there is a large population of ethnically Turkic people called Uihgurs (pronounced weegur) that have lived in China for many, many years. There are roughly 9 million Uighurs living in northwest China, namely in the province of Xinjiang, are said to have occupied central Asia since the 700s, and, as I stated, are ethnically Turk.

The Uighurs claim that the Han people (Han is the ethnicity of over 85% of the native Chinese population, and is the ruling ethnicity) invaded Uighur land, namely central Asia, which is now the Xinjiang province. Many of the Uighurs in Xinjiang belong to a group named East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM), and this group has been violently combating the supposed Han occupation of Xinjiang, labeling it "Chinese Imperialism." The East Turkestan Islamic Movement is officially listed as a terrorist organization by the U. S., China, and the UN (SURPRISE!)

Where am I going with this you ask? ETIM claims their land is occupied by a foreign force. ETIM stages violent uprisings against this foreign force on a regular basis since the 1990s. ETIM claims that they are suffering under great religious and cultural oppression at the hands of the Chinese and have sparked violent riots, most notably in July of 2009, which resulted in the death of 150 people. The U. S. and the UN both claim that ETIM has ties with al-Qaeda. Doesn't this all sound vaguely familiar?

Ohh, that's right! Hamas says the same thing! So, my question is, why isn't Iran aiding the oppressed Muslims of China? Since September 11, 2001, China has publicly used the American wars against Islam to crack down on the Uighur people.

And yet, I think there is more . . . I am racking my brain . . . Oh yeah! Chechnya, Bosnia, East Timor, Sri Lanka. I know I am leaving some places out. All the inhabitants of all these regions claim they are persecuted, defenseless, oppressed and that their land is being occupied by foreigners, and that is why they murder. Hmm, what do they all have in common? Oh, of course, they are all Muslims!

So again, where is Iran in aiding the "defenseless and oppressed" people of Chechnya? Of Bosnia? Of East Timor or of Sri Lanka?

No, its only in Israel that Iran is providing such aid. Go ahead, convince me that this has nothing to do with Israel being full of Jews. Convince me that Muslims don't hate Jews more than any other group. After all, where is Iran in all the other cases of oppression of their Muslim brothers?

Lastly, on Saturday, June 5th, the highest court in Egypt ruled to strip the citizenship of any and every native, Egyptian male that is married to a Semitic Israeli woman. Egyptians are Muslim. Where are Turks, the Iranians, and FGM and TTH and the civil rights movements on this issue?!?!?!? Where are they???!!! Why are they not out rioting in the streets protesting against this violation of "civil rights" perpetrated towards native, Egyptian, Muslim males?

Egypt claims it is in the best interest of their national security to do this! But Israel, they have no rights to national security.

The whole world has lost it. Arizona decides to enforce law, and they are accused of being racists and violating civil rights. Israel defends a legal blockade and tries to keep its borders secure and they are vilified on the world stage. But Egypt strips citizenship from men who are married to Semitic women, and its ok because it is in the best interests of their national security.

Could you imagine if the U. S. tried to prevent Muslims from migrating to this country for the sake of national security?

God help us all. I am sorry folks, but another theater of war is truly knocking at our door.
